In terms of spoilers: My post contains spoilers up to the last aired episode (3x10), but no spoilers for season 4; it's all pure speculation on my part. I haven't read the books or even seen trailers, so I remain entirely unspoiled. And I want to stay that way, so please do not spoil me!
