Widow’s Bay is a quaint island town 40-miles off the New England coast, where struggling Mayor Tom Loftis (Matthew Rhys) hopes to save his community by turning it into a tourist destination. Dismissed by the superstitious locals as soft and cowardly, Loftis finally succeeds in attracting visitors — just as the island’s old demons begin to awaken. Blending genuine horror with character-driven comedy, the series also stars Kate O’Flynn, Stephen Root, Kingston Rumi Southwick, Kevin Carroll, and Dale Dickey.
