Premise
A century after Earth was made uninhabitable by a nuclear war, the survivors - descendants of the crews of several space stations orbiting at the time - send down a hundred teenagers to the surface in a desperate bid to find out whether it is habitable again. The teenagers, each convicted of (largely petty) crimes and thus "expendable", are now alone on a (supposedly) uninhabited planet while, on the Ark, the adults try and find a way to eke out their dwindling resources. Each group is split by opposing agendas and interpersonal conflicts, fighting to survive not just their environments as well as each other.

Quite a low death count in this one. Only what 2 people (maybe 3 depending on what happens to Finn) (or even 4 depending on whether Miles succumbs to his injuries) (and don't forget all the dying people on the Ark).

I coulda told Raven that sleeping with Bellamy wasn't going to make her feel better. I'm not entirely sure why Bellamy slept with her, he didn't look overly interested before or after. He didn't even seem overly upset about Clarke going off with Finn. I mean Bellamy in the first few episodes absolutely would have slept with her but Bellamy now? It seemed more like the writers thought it would be a good idea rather than it actually being a, you know, actually good idea. IDK. (Which is weird because Bellamy/Raven is actually a ship I could get behind but this just seemed weird).

I'm glad we saw the Ark. They are so screwed. I can't see them surviving much longer. Kane and Abby have gone from hating each other to tentatively agreeing on some things to him actually looking relieved to have found her. I'm developing fanon about them once upon a time being friends before politics got in the way.

I could do with more Grounders society. I think we're supposed to think that Monty's been taken by the Grounders we know but I think he was taken by the people from Mount Weather/Mountain Men because I'm fairly certain there's people under there. Oooh and its called Mount Weather and they were under there weathering the storm/cataclysm (this amuses me).
