What do I need to do to 'captain' the PLL homebase?

Captains make a primer and a homebase (lately folks are opting to make hybrids that are all one post) and then make a new thread on the post for every ep.

Most folks do the following:
-put the ep number and title into the subject line of ep comment
-put some sort of summary for that ep in the body of the comment

Some folks also:
-add a gif to the ep thread
-link each new ep thread in the main body of the post as it airs
-list the 'coming up' episodes on the main post
