What have you been watching?

There are so many new shows I know nothing about! Have you watched any? If so what did you think?

Or maybe you're catching up on older shows or watching your trusty favorites *cough*B99*cough*. :) Tell us all!

Loving Quantico. I think that's the only NEW fall show I'm watching. Oh and Blunt Talk! Then the usual suspects: nashville, NCIS la, Haven, Blue Bloods, The Blacklist, Hawaii Five O, Finding Carter....

I don't have a TV so I can only watch Netflix or Hulu or shows that are on station websites so...I'm watching Home Fires and the Great British Baking Show on PBS, and Empire on ABC. Theoretically I'll catch up with Agents of Shield eventually, but it's not really a priority.

Seen the pilots for Supergirl, The Man in the High Castle and Blindspot but not been overly impressed with any of them - looking forward more to Jessica Jones next month.

So pleased to see Brooklyn Nine Nine continue to be a quality show and am desperate for Elementary to return too...

I added you to my reading list, if that's ok. I too am desperate for Elementary.

You're more than welcome, though I'm probably not the most exciting person to be following!

I'm looking forward to seeing John Noble as Sherlock's father, and apparently Joan's family will be coming back this season too. Not long now...

Watching NCIS straight through from the beginning on Netflix (we missed a lot of seasons) and gearing up to rewatch Buffy S7 when a friend who's watching for the first time gets through S6.

DVRing AoS3, watching Orphan Black S3 on disc whenever I can tie the spouse down, finishing up Saint Seiya: Lost Canvas on Crunchyroll (also watching the Folktales from Japan series and the subtitled YGO.)

Eager for Jessica Jones, and the return of Agent Carter S2, Sillicon Valley S3, and Orphan Black S4.

The only two TV shows I'm very much into for the Fall season are Empire and How To Get Away With Murder. I mean, like, to the point that I'm actually watching them live (which is v., v. rare for me).

Aside from that, I'm v. slowly catching up with Arrow (I'm about a season and a half behind), The Flash, and The Blacklist.

The Catch is the only new show I'm looking forward to (Blindspot, Scream Queens, The Player, and Minority Report were non-starters for me). IIRC, that show will be in HTGAWM timeslot during the earlier part of Winter 2016 so I've got a bit wait.

Other shows I'm raring to watch are Jessica Jones (which is a month away), Agent Carter, Supergirl, and Heroes of Tomorrow.

Shows I've dropped: Elementary and American Horror Story.

In all truth, my side-eye to AHS began at the end of Coven. I think that the ending left a bad taste in my mouth (especially regarding Misty Day's story arc). Regardless, I tuned in for Freak Show and was bored. I felt that it was a lot of look and the plot going way over-the-top (even by AHS standards and that is saying something).

I bounced shortly after the Mordrake 2-parter so I wanna say episode 5 or 6. Never bothered to finish the season.

TBH, I'm a little curious to see how Lady Gaga fits in Hotel. Based on what've read, however, it seems like the plot makes even less sense than in Freak Show.

All in all, I don't think I have the patience to get into AHS only to see it crash and burn (because we all know that Ryan Murphy can build a story, but is really terrible at taking that plot to an end point. You'd think that, having watched all six seasons of Nip/Tuck would've reminded me of this. Alas).

AFAIK, AHS ended in its 3rd season.

YW! It's a show by Shonda Rhimes and it stars Mireille Enos. The trailer was available on ABC's YouTube channel right before the Fall TV season began. However, they've pulled the preview (which is really annoying). Based on what I've seen, it leans more toward the How To Get Away with Murder side of things than Gray's Anatomy or even Scandal.

I'm woefully behind on everything new because I'm still re-watching (again and again) EFC. Since February or so. Ooops. *g*

In terms of new shows, it's not that great a crop, but I am enjoying the new Muppet Show and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. I dropped Heroes Reborn, Quantico, and Minority Report (which I liked but is toast). I'm not doing AHS Hotel like I thought (I can't with the rape) and am going to be dropping iZombie for real this time, sadly.

Returning shows I'm enjoying still: Homeland, The Good Wife, The Walking Dead, Jane the Virgin, The Mindy Project, Survivor, Nashville, and The Knick.

Otherwise I'm watching A LOT of anime.
