"I will literally pay you to stop talking" is so a line from another show that was produced/created by this show's people.

Hawaii Five-0. Danny Williams says it to his partner, Steve McGarrett. They very much have a similar banter type relationship like Abbie and Ichabod. I love it.

Oh,I thought I recognized it from somewhere and H50 immediately came to my mind but I had no idea that the same people are behind both shows. But that explains why I love the banter between Abbie and Ichabod so much as it was always my favorite thing on H50!
