Bummed that Star-Crossed was canceled. It felt a little like Defiance, with the potential for Vampire Diaries. Although it was weird that all the high school students had wrinkles and gray hair.

I'm surprised that they passed on the SPN spin off!

I was really surprised they passed on the SPN spin off too, there was such buzz about it, and then they just ended up saying no. I was surprised Beauty and the Beast got renewed. Everything I had been hearing was that it was close to cancellation. And I'm really happy Hart of Dixie got renewed, I heard that was iffy for a while and that show usually makes me smile, it's a nice relaxing watch that I really enjoy.

I never ended up checking out Star-Crossed, though I had thought about it. Kind of glad I didn't now though. Saves me the disappointment.

Yaaaay, iZombie got picked up! That's Rob Thomas's (Veronica Mars) new show.

Still waiting on Community news. It's torture every year.

I know, I'm pretty excited about iZombie as well. Rose McIver (Tinker Bell from OUaT) and David Anders (Doctor Whale from Once Upon a Time) are both set to be in it too!!!

I know, NBC likes to torture us. And ABC (OUaT...though it's pretty much a lock-in, but it would still nice to hear it all official like) is being slow to announce their renewals/cancellations too!

Yup, I keep forgetting he was on Heroes too! He was even on The Vampire Diaries for a little bit. I really like him :)

AWWWW Starcrossed, Noooooo! I thought the Spn spinoff was already set in stone, but I guess if they were using the backdoor pilot as an audition then I'm not surprised it didn't get picked up.

I'll be watching the Flash, probably. Even though he looks dorky as heck in that suit. :) Or maybe because he does? :) :)

Yeah, they really made the SPN spinoff seem like a sure thing, I guess they thought the backdoor pilot would do better than it did.

It did. I have no idea how the backdoor pilot was though. I haven't watched SPN since the end of season six, I think.

Yays for Hart of Dixie getting renewd! (I've *just* started watching it).

OTOH, I'm very surprised that they cancelled the Carrie Diaries (maybe the show lost its momentum?) and that both Beauty and the Beast as well as the 100 got renewed. Meanwhile, CW passing on the SPN spin-off seemed like it was it fated to happen. Especially after the general "no, thank you!" reaction that I saw from my friends (who like SPN, original flavour) after the backdoor pilot aired.

I wasn't surprised about The 100...what I'd been hearing lately has been that it was likely to get another season. I was surprised about Beauty and the Beast because most places were listing that show as a long shot for renewal.

I started watching Hart of Dixie this past summer...because of tumblr. I kept seeing these lovely gif sets and was intrigued and it was streaming on Netflix and I got totally hooked! So, I'm really happy about that renewal.
