Yes, I did like the episode where it turned out Flower knew what Hetty and Trevor were up to. I felt like it made the character less one-note. But I agree that she could use more development.

With Sass my main question is how the oldest ghost manages to be the most current with 21st century life and lingo!

Sass probably hangs out a lot with Jay in his dreams. Or maybe he takes on more from watching TV than the others.
