I read somewhere that the length restriction no longer exists, but they keep submitting it as comedy, because the drama categories are so stacked. Apparently the dramatic acting and writing easily stands out to the voters in comedy categories, so it wins despite the category fraud.

If you get around to Only Murders, you'll see some awesome comedy that keeps losing to The Bear...
