Name: feurio, ama (saarebasra on Discord)
Age Range: 30+
What I look for in a [community profile] tv_talk friend: First and foremost, a person who understands that radio silence doesn't mean that I am uninterested in or have forgotten about them! Unfortunately, my life has been very hectic these past few years and I need a lot of time to rest and recharge.
Things people should know before friending: 1. I don't maintain an active journal and I don't think I ever will. 2. I am neurospicy/weird and tend to get along well with other neurospicy/weird people.

Favorite shows: Definitely Taskmaster UK/AU/NZ in the last couple of years. The Expanse. Every show mentioned somewhere in this post.
My current TV obsession: Yellowjackets S3? I am always excited to hear other people's thoughts about it.
Upcoming releases I'm excited about: Any new Taskmaster UK/AU/NZ season. Alice in Borderland.
TV episode(s) I will never forget:
- House: House's Head & Wilson's Heart. (Three Stories also qualifies.)
- Battlestar Galactica (2004): Crossroads: Part 1 & 2. I yelled at my TV screen.
- The X Files: Arcadia. TXF was my gateway to fandom/shipping. This episode is where my love for fake dating comes from.
- Taskmaster UK: Melon Buffet. There's one moment in this one that made me fall in love with the show. (I started with series 4.)

Do you post about TV shows here on Dreamwidth? I post trailers and a monthly list of new K-drama releases in this community. I have also posted the following TV show primers: Koisenu Futari (a Japanese drama centering on two ace-aro people finding a family in each other) and Somebody Somewhere (a US show about a grieving middle-aged woman who finds a haven among the mostly queer oddballs in her rural hometown). I've vague plans about making a post about semi-biographical comedies centering on identity and/or community with queer rep (Somebody Somewhere, Feel Good, Work in Progress, Sort Of) but I'd like more examples. Last but not least: I have made it my mission to make a yearly post about shows that could be part of a good Halloween watch.

Do you feel like you're part of a particular TV fandom? Only my very niche daily soap fandom.
Are you a member of other TV communities on Dreamwidth? I started [community profile] gotham_tv here on Dreamwidth.
