At the heart of “Melo Movie” is the rekindled romance of Ko Gyeom (Choi Woo-shik) and Kim Mubee (Park Bo-young). Gyeom, a lifelong cinephile turned film critic, crosses paths again with Mubee, a budding director, remarking: “I enjoyed your movie, Director Kim. But I have one question. Is this really a melo movie?”
The Witch | Release: February 15
Based on “Moving” author Kang Full’s webtoon, “The Witch” is a mystery romance that follows the story of Mi Jung (Roh Jeong Eui), known as the “witch”. Mi Jung was chased away from her village after all the men who fell in love with her died. To help the woman he loves, data miner Dong Jin (GOT7's Jinyoung) transfers to the department of statistics and attempts to find a pattern for the misfortune surrounding Mi Jung.
My Dearest Nemesis | Release: February 17
Based on a popular webtoon, “My Dearest Nemesis” tells the love story of Ban Ju Yeon (Choi Hyun Wook) and Baek Su Jeong (Mun Ka Young), who first meet via their online game characters during their school days, then again 16 years later in real life as boss and employee. Ju Yeon, the perfectionist third-generation chaebol and head of Strategic Planning at Yongseong Department Store, hides his alter ego “Black Dragon” to be recognized as a proper heir. However, his peaceful office life takes a turbulent turn when Su Jeong discovers his closely guarded secret.
