TV Tuesday: Should Auld Acquaintance Be Forgot

What show that was still putting out new episodes in 2023 are you sorry to see go? Are there any you'd like to see come back?

En Place: I watched Jean-Pascal Zadi's Tout simplement noir a couple of days ago and thereby found out that this show was being renewed. One of my favorite surprise finds on Netflix this year. I'm so glad to know that it will be back.

Other renewals I'm happy about: Somebody Somewhere, Good Omens, and Not Dead Yet (it has Lauren Ash and is a sweet, little feel-good watch).

I'm not watching a lot of shows where more seasons would make sense but I'd love to see more of The Devil's Plan. (Wrote this, then checked on Netflix. A new season is coming!)

Sad about:
- Dead End: Paranormal Park. It's usually hard for me to get excited about animated shows but this one was really cute and delivered some heartwarming queer representation. I'm going to miss it.

- The Chair. Came out in 2021, and was canceled in 2023. Too bad. I was always hoping that this would get a second season.

- The Six of Crows spinoff. Mainly for Kit Young, who, to me, was also the only good thing about The School for Good and Evil.

I was mainly invested in The Chair because Sandra Oh was the lead. I miss her on my TV screen. :(
