It's amusing that, since I don't actually like sci-fi, my favorite show ever and my vote for "favorite canceled show" is Blakes7, followed by Firefly, and I've watched many of the "Canadian shows that hate corporations and love Awesome Ladies".
In conclusion: Blakes7.
