I mean, I like~ Jamie. He just wears on me sometimes? He's not the God of All Things that most folks make him out to be. Yes, STARZ Jamie is super hot, and book canon Jamie is also supposed to be super hot, but that doesn't make him infallible!

And I'll try to get through to the rest of the books. Definitely before seasons of them come out, of course, but I'll bump them up my reading list, I think. Find myself a good hour to drag through wanting to punch his damn face and move on in the book. SIGH.

Also re: your other comment: The Last Ship is amazing, I love it. I actually read the book? Which? I'm not going to spoil it if you haven't, but only say: give that a try. Seriously.

FRIENDS?

I once compared Jamie to a unicorn -- he's too perfect to be real. And yes, like you, I like him, but yeah... he's too perfect.

I didn't even know The Last Ship was based on a book! Will have to look into that. I've granted you access so you can peruse my rather dull life!

100% agreement on Jamie. 100%

And it is! Loosely. Veeeeeeeery loosely. Well. Sometimes less loosely. BUT. I enjoyed the book, but then, I like military-themed things? I don't know. GIVE IT A TRY. It's an interesting read.
