Derek & Scott being on decent terms is awesome, Scott is still such a baby in trading the IOU for tattoo though - I wanted to yell at hin SHIT IS COMING DUDE HOLD ON TO THAT FAVOR DEREK OWES YOU but I also secretly really did like the tattoo thing.

OH MAN, I was so excited when we opened with Isaac! And Stiles helping Scott get his tattoo because they're best bros like that was the best, all my favourite moments in teen wolf involve those two snarking each other.

Mrs McCall!!! How amazing is she? She just wants the best for her boy :DD

I really want to see Derek and Isaac being bros now, and the Danny and Ethan storyline (not sure if this is actually happening though).

I KNOW. I finished the episode thinking about how my favourite brotps were hanging out-- Scott and Stiles, Allison and Lydia, Derek and Isaac. I'm pretty upset Colton and Gage didn't stay on, I kinda wanted Jackson snarking with Derek and Erica basically being the best.

Her mother hen instincts over a pack of teenaged werewolves better be involved this season! I really want her to tell them off or punch one of the wolves, and they can't retaliate because a. she's Scott's mum and b. she's human. I could see her using that to her advantage. :D

I can't wait for the inevitable Derek and Scott team-- its going to be the biggest fail ever, but I think they'll work it out. I was full out laughing when Derek was helping Scott and Stiles with Scott's tattoo, idiots.

I posted an episode reaction at my journal! It's the first reaction post I've ever written so I hope it came out coherent.

Overall I really loved the episode. It bended logic at times (the alphas showing the claws on their hands and feet without anyone noticing?), but it was pretty much everything I love about Teen Wolf with a better budget!! The opening with Isaac was so cool.

ahahah yeah that part with the claws was kinda stupid, especially kali with her feet off. I guess it just means that we 100% know they are werewolves, so maybe they'll cut it back now?

loved the Stiles/Scott bromance, Alison and Lydia were awesome too!
the Stilinskis...so precious!!! the Argents...so huggable!!! DEREK/SCOTT BROMANCE was THE BEST though!!! (well apart from the tiny Sterek scenes...which were the bestest!!!!)

I am definitely inrigued in Scott's storyline...bec why would a powerful Alpha like Deucalion be so afraid of Scott?! I AM INTRIGUED!

Solid start IMO. Lots to set up which showed in parts but that was to be expected. And I think the great action piece at the beginning was a good way to draw the viewers right in so...:)
I loved all the friendship moments between Allison and Lydia,Scott and Stiles and Derek and Scott being on somewhat good turns!
Favorite new character: probably Kali. Deucalion is hot and I just think they both are the most interesting from the Alpha pack.
Favorite old character: Scott :D And I think he will also have the most interesting arc this season
