Parks and Rec Finale

I think I loved it. It made me cry a bit anyway. It was really sweet and I think was meant to be a very nice gift to the fans, to the actors and to everyone involved in the making of these wonderful show. I'm so glad we got to see Ann and Chris again and I think it was nice to focus on the original group. I'm gonna miss them all. ;_;

Luther Season 3

Now that I know there's gonna be a fourth season I had to watch this one and OMG what did they put us through?! I love my ruthless British shows. That finale! Amazing. [Spoiler:Alice is the best character.] Can't wait to see what they're gonna come up with after that because, damn, it could go anywhere.

Earth: Final Conflict

OMG, re-watching is so much fun! Since the show started airing in Germany on the first re-run in over seven years I've been flying high on old feelings again. And I simply couldn't restrain myself and went looking for later episodes online. Found some low quality stuff on YouTube and have been watching since last Saturday, because I just couldn't possibly wait twelve weeks until season two. *g*

12 Monkeys

I just got caught up with this, and am kinda loving it. It's hitting some fairly standard "time travel to save the world" tropes, but I'm enjoying the balance of storylines happening in the "past" (2015) and "future" (2043).

I'm particularly fangirling over the main character's BFF, Ramse. He's such a solid, good guy in the midst of a world that would encourage people to only look out for #1. I want alllll the Cole & Ramse backstory fic. :)

Yes, I agree about Ramse. It would be so great to get some backstory on him. I really love all the main characters. They feel so real.

Yeah, the last episode was great. You have to figure that Cole has to have splintered out before getting exploded, but the fact that they didn't show it has me surprisingly nervous. I guess a reveal that he's ok would have undercut the emotions in that final scene, though.

i have a lot feelings over having no tv feelings. i want to be in love with a show! I'm looking! it's been too long.

I know what you mean. I'm passionate about a lot of shows, but I haven't been madly in love with one since season one of Glee.

Who knows, maybe our next true love is just around the corner!

The Mentalist

I want to talk about the final episode of The Mentalist but there's hardly anyone to talk about it with. Talk to me, people! :D

(I think it's a sign of a good finale when the thing that I really didn't want to happen happened, and it still made me happy)

Better Call Saul

I admit, I was worried this wasn't going to be a show I would watch because I kind of marathoned Breaking Bad and the final season was mostly just "let's get this over with" territory for me, and then the first two BCS episodes just weren't what I was looking for. And then hit Episode 3. And 4. Yeah, I think this is just getting good.

How much do I love Bob Odenkirk? A lot. Like, a lot a lot.

I watched the first ep and part of the second (I have to finish it) and I was SO pleasantly surprised and impressed! I assumed this was going to be a half hour sitcome type of thing!

I hope I don't get hooked and then it gets cancelled right away!

Who knew? I thought he was just a funny guy, but even in the Pilot there were bits where he was really getting to me, emotionally. I was NOT expecting that!

The show was renewed for a second season last year. It can still get pulled or canceled anyway but I mean that'd be a weird move.

Oh, that's cool!
