Inspired by conversations last week re: The Wire and the fact that it's available on Amazon Prime, I watched the first episode on my iPad this week.

Cons:
prolific use of the word 'fuck'. I'm not a prude or averse to foul language but it's like every other word.
IDK, is it a little dated?

As long as I'm away from my computer/TV I'll probably keep watching. :)

I watched the first season of that on netflix at one point -it is rather hilarous

I'm sick and alternating between sleeping and watching TV, so that was obviously awesome timing cause I'd just started my Babylon 5 rewatch. Awwwwyis. :D

I'm barely working part time. DVDs are low on the list of priorities. (Unfortunately.)

I totally get that. :( That sucks. Money is stupid and DVDs should be free. I don't suppose you live anywhere near me and can come borrow my set?

I adore Delenn. I'd never heard that name before and if I had a daughter, I would seriously consider naming her that. Not just because I think the name itself is pretty, but because of the qualities she had that I thought were so admirable!

That is such a wonderful idea! And it is a beautiful name, even without her qualities, yes.

B5 is on my 'to-re-watch-one-day" list, I haven't seen it since it aired.

Wow. That was a loooong time ago. :p But yes, it's a great show to rewatch when you're sick or have some time off.

Finally caught The Flash episode that was an Arrow cross-over. I loved it. I've been catching up slowly with Arrow, so it spoiled two things for me, but it was worth it. I really enjoyed the episode AND it is making me want to hurry up and catch up on Arrow, which Ill probably do this weekend.

Saw the newest Bones, Forever, Castle, Constantine and New Girl.

I can truly say that all these shows are really awesome this season. New Girl makes me laugh hysterically, Constantine is doing a great job these last few episodes of keeping me on the edge of my seat, Castle is always both hilarious and full of good twists and turns, I find Forever really cute with sly humor and quirky characters, and Bones will always be one of my favorite shows because I just love the charisma between all the characters on it.

Great week of episodes :D

OH and I finally saw ALL of How I Met Your Mother and Really?! I won't spoil it, but really?

I've heard Constantine wasn't doing well, ratings wise. Is that the case? Do you know?
I had it on my "maybe" list, but worry it might get canceled.

There were a lot of rumors that it was going to get cancelled, so I don't know. So far no word. I figure watch it and try to give it my rating lol so we'll see. I hope it doesn't ... its a good show :D

I should add the first two episodes are a little slow, but the rest are really good. I think people were judging the show off the firs two which is kind of unfair because some shows take more than that to get off the ground lol

mothership law & order always and forever. seasons 4 to 6 in particular.

Law & Order is one of those series that feels like it's an institution all unto itself. I've never seen an episode in order, but whenever you turn a hotel TV on it seems to be playing - and it's addictive
