- Loved it!

- I ADORE the characters! Abbie and Crane, anyway. I also love that Abbie gets her own show.

- The fish out of water trope is awesome!

- I'm not in it for the scariness, so sure. It was fine.

- So hard to choose! I don't think I can do a favourite scene. Maybe after I rewatch it a couple more times. Ooh, or maybe when Crane gets called Captain America. *picks icon in honour of that moment*

UGH! It aired last night? Dammit! I wanted to watch that. That and Almost Human are the only two shows on FOX that I'm interested in this year.

I can see why people would enjoy it but it is clearly not for me. I find Ichabot intensely annoying. The time displacement and related confusion would be fun if played straight but it seems contrieved to me as it is. Ichabot is too forcedly odd in my eyes. I liked Abbie and would watch a show just with her.

I'm sad too see John Cho and Clancy Brown only being used for the pilot so there is no actor draw for me anymore. The thing I actually hated was casting the American war of independence as a war for the good of all mankind. I have no patience for the particular American myth that the US is the last best hope of mankind.

Just wanted to say thanks for this review. I was thinking of watching but the last part especially is a turn-off for me. You saved me forty minutes that I can spend on other tv shows!

Gotta love a show that gives me insta-love for the female main character and then makes me love the male main character as soon as he opens his mouth and is sassy and delightful in a british accent *g*
No seriously,even if I won't end up liking the mystery part of the show (although I have a feeling that I will), I think I will stick with it just for the characters :)

Yesssss It was good with the main character. Sometimes it takes a bit for people to grow on me, but they did well with almost everyone

I really enjoyed the show.

Love the characters. Wish that John Cho's character could have been around longer. If they wouldn't have given away who he was working for, so to speak, it would have made for great intrigue imo. I have a bad feeling about Frank Irving. I would have liked that priest to stick around longer too. maybe have a chance to talk to Ichabod.

The only part that "scared" me was when the devil (I called it an alien lol) went into the mirror, then came back and broke it when Abbie was looking into it

I'll have to do the scenes I like later. I'm going to miss my bus to school! eeps!

I wonder if John Cho would be go forever? I hope he's back!!! Maybe there will be flashbacks, i dunno.

flashbacks are a possibility for his character...but the way he head flopped back like that, I don't know...unless the devil or whatever that was, decides to bring him back

Lord I just love the characters so much. Abbie and Ichabod are fabulous, both separately and together. And I think I'm going to come to like boss man (Orlando Jones) as time goes on, he's clearly the Broyles of this show and will slowly worm his way into my heart :D
