I watched this at first and did enjoy it, but I have to say as time has gone on the cumulative negative of the things I don't like (e.g., Howard's Mother jokes) has added up. I think I also liked the show better before they paired everyone off; granted, some of the bits there got a bit old (Raj can't talk to women unless he's drunk! Leonard pines for Penny!), but still it was the overall interaction between the friends (and Penny's peripheral inclusion into the nerd-circle) that I found the most fun.

The episode I can really remember enjoying was the one where Penny got into playing an MMORPG.
