This post will also give me an idea of what shows might be most watched over the Winter season so i can post reaction posts on occasion.

I just saw your comment and I lol'ed. Is it any good? I secretly watched the pilot a while back (secretly because I said I'd wait for my bf but then I was weak), but I don't remember much. Have you seen any of the other Treks?

omg i actually really like it. The pilot was a little lolworthy, but i just recently watched Enterprise & before that TNG and TOS (watching in order is overrated) and so far while the production values aren't great, i enjoy the themes a lot more. I mean you know its only episode 6 but i really like it so far.

Nah its ok! Its very warm here at the moment, it should be a good time to come lots of lambies and spring is almost here. :D

Ohhh you're further into the Treks than I am then. I've only seen TNG and I remember bits and pieces of TOS when I was a kid. Who needs watching in order tbh. But that's good to know! I feel like having a lady captain will already make any Trek at least 928993% more enjoyable to me, and I enjoyed TNG lots already. Can't wait to start it then!

Its been slow going! I do want to do DS9 but TNG & ENT took me like, 3 years to watch so it won't be any time soon.

Janeway is already AMAZINGGGGGGG. it doesn't hurt that everyone loves Kate Mulgrew and she's flawless

Yeah Enterprise was my favourite so far, but i know a lot of people don't like it (the final is the worst if you do get there, don't watch the final episode!!! (lots of people told me this and i DID NOT LISTEN))

:D i like the other characters already too - unlike ent where it took me a while for them to warm up to me.

anyway i feel like at this point i should ask if you wanna be friends but its ok if you don't!

oh really? Yeah I heard that it's most people's least favourite! That's interesting. And ohhhh good to know, thank you! in what way is it awful? I mean, is it like the BSG finale, ripping out your heart and stomping on it and then eating it? Or just bad quality-wise?

it takes me so long to warm up to characters who aren't the character I came for! but that's great, i can't wait!
