I say it's aged well, but it does have issues about how women are sometimes portrayed. It could've made canon one particular F/F relationship but didn't, for example. And Garibaldi's relationships with women can be too dudebro-ish. Nothing uncommon for the time the show aired though, and nothing so egregious that it deters my enjoyment of the points you call out - the writing and politics and worldbuilding.

I found many threads I enjoyed more on a rewatch, so that's a bonus.
