What TV have you been watching? I finished my zillionth Star Trek TNG rewatch, and I'm now rewatching Dynasty - before the reboot happens! Heh.
What TV character is your favorite? Why? Jean-Luc Picard. Because he's the man I love. :)
What hobbies besides TV have kept you entertained lately? Does Sir Patrick Stewart count? Ahem. lol

What TV have you been watching? Took a break from Blue Bloods, finally into season 5 on my rewatch) to catch up on the DC shows. So I watched 4 episodes of Arrow when I should have been working on my final projects. Trying to get everything to where the crossover is, all I have left are two arrow eps, then the flash eps, then I can move foooorward. But yes, before these four arrow eps, my tv watching was purely Blue Bloods. I might be a little obsessed.
What TV character is your favorite? Why? Right this second I am crushing so hard on Jamie Reagan from Blue Bloods. Like.... he's the good brother but he isn't a goodie two shoes, he gets his shit done but with a heart of gold and good intentions.
What hobbies besides TV have kept you entertained lately? Honestly, I've been doing nothing but homework. 8 DAYS LEFT AND I'M DONE FOREVERRRR! Or until I decide to get my next degree, whichever comes last.

Quite a bit. I finished various TV seasons such as Travelers, Brooklyn 99, The Expanse, Dr. Blake Mysteries, Class, SPN, Outlander, and Gotham. (Various discussions here)
What TV character is your favorite? Why?
I imagine this changes all the time. Some that came quickly to mind are Spike, Merlin, and Phryne Fisher.
What hobbies besides TV have kept you entertained lately?
Reading fanfic is a constant, plus I've watched a variety of films lately. Moana is a new favorite -- just saw it this week and loved it. I'm looking forward to the new Spiderman. And though I wasn't that taken with Despicable Me 2 or Minions (loved the first film), I'm hopeful about 3.

What TV have you been watching? Sense8 s2, American Gods, fake news, and various Korean dramas (Dal Ja's Spring, The K2, Witch's Romance, and Moonlight Drawn by Clouds (all ongoing; the last two are rewatches)).
What TV character is your favorite? Why? Yoon Dong Ha from Witch's Romance, for his awesome willingness to be upfront about his feelings. And I find Laura from American Gods fascinating -- possibly for similar reasons, actually.
What hobbies besides TV have kept you entertained lately? I've been reading a fair bit of fanfic in various fandoms and trying to write. Also saw a couple of really lovely films: Adult Life Skills (UK), and Rosalie Blum (Fr).

What TV have you been watching? Wynonna Earp is back!! Also, I have started watching Dark Matter on netflix. (still deciding on that one)
What TV character is your favorite? Why? At one point I would have said Jack Harkness (tragic immortal flirt that he is) but later canon installments ruined the character for me
What hobbies besides TV have kept you entertained lately? Genealogy. Always genealogy.

How far into Dark Matter are you? I honestly gave up midway through season 1 and then picked it back up again later on deciding to give it another try. I think it found it's footing in season 2, although it's not perfect by any means - I did think it improved and I'm looking forward to season 3.

What TV have you been watching? I started watching Gotham recently, and I'm now halfway through season two. I'm really enjoying it! My mother has tried to get me to watch it before but somehow it's taken me this long. It really does cater well on the villain front, which is delightful to me, cos I've always been a bit into my villains.
What TV character is your favorite? Why? Starbuck from the 2004 BSG, for always.
What hobbies besides TV have kept you entertained lately? Trying to do my Hugo reading while constantly being distracted by new book releases ...

What TV have you been watching?this week i watched american gods and almost gave up after the first two episodes, but decided to continue and am glad i did. beautifully done, and gave me things to ponder, which i like.
What TV character is your favorite? right now i'd say it is ostara, media, and mr. nancy. ostara because she is all about beauty and the episode about her was about beauty, easter and spring which is my favorite season. media because i'm curious as to how she will be portrayed next (played by the awesome gillian anderson),and mr. nancy just because of his vibrant personality. these are all from 'american gods',by the way.
What hobbies besides TV have kept you entertained lately? reading. a book about the history about plagues that is both humorous, informative, and inspiring, called 'get well soon' by jennifer wright, and i've just started neal stephenson's new book which is a collaboration with nicole gallant, called 'the rise and fall of d.o.d.o'.

What TV have you been watching? I gave up my cable in January and waited until The Handmaid's Tale was out to get Hulu for a couple of months, so I am catching up.
I finished Brooklyn 99 and that was a really good back half to this season.
Yesterday I finished Once Upon a Time and listen, I would die for Lana Parrilla, but that show is Not Good. : ) And yet, I haven't managed to quit it yet. I know the cast is getting a shake up, so I suppose I'll see what happens.
As a palate cleanser, I'm watching Master Chef Junior. I have no interest in cooking, so it is kinda stressful at times when the kids are freaking out and I have no good advice to yell at the screen.
This is Us is up next!
What TV character is your favorite? Why? This is a trap, I'm nearly sure.
Benton Fraser. If any show needs a reunion TV movie, it's Due South.
What hobbies besides TV have kept you entertained lately?
It's community band month around here, so tromboning! If you've ever played check to see if you have a local band. It's great fun and you get to meet people who you never would have other wise.

Aw, I enjoyed Due South too. A reunion movie could be fun if it had a good script.

What TV have you been watching?
Just finished binge watching: Sense8 (which due to fans, thankfully has a two hour movie scheduled for next year that will wrap up all the subplots and cliffhangers.) If you haven't seen it? You might want to wait until then. Or be irritated like the rest of us.
Great show though. Very innovative in some ways, and less violent than most. (I need icons for Sense8)
Iron Fist -- not what I expected. The first two episodes are a bit slow and annoying, but it takes off like a rocket after episode 3 and I could not stop watching. About 13 in all I think. Neatly wraps up the season, leaving a few things open for the next one.
Also has one of the best female side-kicks that I've seen in Colleen Wing and, Clair who makes appearances in Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage (which I haven't seen yet), shows up in this one as well. She's further developed and the voice of reason. It also has some of the most complex villains. Very noirish in tone and plotting and much better than the critics led me to believe.
Nashville - better than it was on broadcast television. It's changed from a soap opera with music, to a family drama about the music industry with music. Influx of new, ehtnically diverse cast members has aided it. And the attention has shifted from the relationship melodrama of previous years.
Great British Baking Show -- pure comfort food.
Doctor Who...sort of disappointing, but have not seen the finale yet.
I have 8 episodes left of The Expanse and 12 of The 100 sitting on my DVR to be watched. I think I may give up on Genius (lost the first episode), Claws (not grabbing me), Scandal (it's getting silly and with the current political climate -- I no longer find political series interesting or watchable). On the fence about the other two.
What TV Character is your favorite? Why?
* Spike - male, for the complexity and how the writers thumbed their noses at the trope. I also liked his sense of humor.
Second favorite male character was John Crichton on Farscape-- great character arc.
* Starbuck - femaile -- more or less for the same reasons I liked Spike. The writers thumbed their noses at the trope. They went further than Whedon did with Spike, by flipping the gender. Which I found to be be brilliant. Apparently Ron Moore loved the controversy.
What hobbies besides tv kept you entertained lately?
Creative Writing, Reading...cooking, yoga, walking, some travel (although that was back in March).

What TV have you been watching? I watched the entire first season of Glow and loved it muchly. The characters are well written, Alison Brie r ally gets to shine, it has several non-skinny ladies, and then glorious spandexed wrestling! Also started watching Xena and boy am I angry I didn't have this show as a kid. Only five episodes in but enjoying it a lot.
What TV character is your favorite? Why? My all-time favorites are Olivia Dunham, Buffy Summers, Joan Watson, and Kalinda Sharma. Hah but lacking in brain to articulate why right now? *hands*
What hobbies besides TV have kept you entertained lately? made a couple of Xena icons then proceeded to weep at how the caps are all blurry blobs and SO DIFFICULT to work with. Then accidentally fell into making a vidlet inst ad, so that's been cheering me up. Also, my head is non-stop Moana soundtrack the last couple of days.
